MOQ is 1 unit of cabinet for both of our standard LED Screen and OEM/ODM Screen.
2.What's the payment term?
For standard product: 30% T/T in advance, 70% due balance before shipment. For ODM/OEM product: 50% T/T in advance and rest 50% before shipment.
3.What's the warranty terms?
We offer the warranty based on our product quality, for our standard product the warranty time is 2 years. And we also can offer 3 years by your request.
During the warranty period the components would be offer for FREE but the freight of components would be covered by client's side.
4.What Refresh rate are your screens?
We offer high refresh rate screens 3840Hz, which is convenient for online broadcast.
5.What's the delivery time for sample and bulk order?
All of our standard products are in stock. If your order size between 10-30 SQM or less, we can delivery within a working day. For 30-50 SQM we take 3-5 working days. For more than 50 SQM or ODM/OEM we negotiate with clients.
6.Do you provide Before-sales & After-sales services?
YES, we provide before sales consultancy to find a right products and solutions. After-sales we provide components for replacement during warranty period and we asistant to our customer life-time for FREE.
7.Can I be your LED Display distributor in my country?
Surely, we are seeking qualified long-term partners to be our agents or distributors in locally except UAE, Egypt, Germany, Russia, Manila, Kenya, Philippines, Indonesia, India, couse we already have factory and warehouse there.
